Any judicial proceedings, except as set forth in the arbitration clause below, shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wilmington, Delaware.
8. Arbitration & Class-Action Waiver
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these terms or the use of this site shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by JAMS in Wilmington, Delaware, under its then-current commercial arbitration rules, before a single arbitrator. The parties waive any right to participate in a class, collective, or representative action. Either party may seek injunctive relief in court to protect its intellectual-property or confidentiality interests notwithstanding this clause.
9. Severability
If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
10. Updates
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance.
