1. Scope
This policy applies to information submitted to Robinson Goldstein Associates through this website, including the engagement-intake form and direct correspondence sent to addresses listed on this site.
2. Information We Collect
We collect only the information you submit voluntarily through the intake form (name, entity, jurisdiction, industry, budget range, email, and a description of your matter). We retain server-side log data customary for any web service, including IP address and user agent, for security and audit purposes.
3. Use of Information
Submitted information is used to perform conflict and exposure screening, assess engagement suitability, and route matters internally. It is not used for marketing and is not sold or transferred to third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Sensitive Data
We do not handle medical or other HIPAA-covered health information. Submissions of such information through the intake form are not solicited. We do not provide medical advice and cannot do so under any engagement.
5. Storage & Security
Submissions are stored in encrypted form on infrastructure under our control. Access is restricted to personnel performing intake review, conflict screening, and matter routing. Reasonable security measures are employed; no internet transmission or electronic storage is, however, perfectly secure.
6. Retention
Intake records are retained for the period reasonably necessary to perform conflict screening, document the basis for acceptance or non-acceptance, and meet record-keeping obligations. Operators may request deletion of their intake submission at any time, subject to records the consortium is required to retain.
7. Cookies
This site does not deploy advertising or behavioural-tracking cookies. Strictly necessary cookies and customary server-side logs may be used for service operation.
8. International Operators (GDPR & CCPA)
We acknowledge the rights granted to data subjects under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and equivalent statutes, including the right to access, correct, and request deletion of personal information held about them. To exercise such rights, contact [email protected].
