The consortium is a coordination and advisory entity. It does not represent itself, in any form, as a law firm. It does not hold a law-firm licence in any jurisdiction. It does not appear on the record of any court proceeding except where a network attorney appears in their own name.
B. No Attorney-Client Relationship
No attorney-client relationship is formed unless and until a written agreement is executed with a licensed attorney.
Submitting an intake form, exchanging correspondence, or receiving informational material from Robinson Goldstein Associates does not create an attorney-client relationship. Matters are reviewed at intake. Acceptance is communicated in writing. Representation, if any, is provided by a licensed attorney under their own engagement agreement.
C. Jurisdiction Notice
Legal services may be subject to jurisdictional limitations depending on applicable laws and licensing requirements.
Network attorneys are licensed in specific jurisdictions and accept engagements only where they are authorised to do so. Coordination by the consortium does not extend any attorney's licence beyond the jurisdictions in which it has been granted. Matters that require representation outside an attorney's licensed jurisdiction are referred to appropriately licensed counsel.

F. Sensitive Data
Robinson Goldstein Associates does not solicit, collect, or process medical or other health-related information regulated under HIPAA. Operators in regulated sectors should consult counsel before transmitting any such information.
G. Communications
Inbound and outbound communications may be retained for record-keeping and conflict-screening purposes. Operators should not transmit unencrypted information they are unwilling to have retained in the consortium's intake records.
