Submissions are reviewed by Council before any substantive work is performed.
Process
What happens after submission.
- Submissions are routed only to the relevant practice group.
- Council performs conflict and exposure screening within forty-eight hours.
- Acceptable matters are returned with a written scope and a proposed engagement letter.
- No representation begins until a written agreement is executed with a licensed attorney.
- Submissions are not binding on either party.
